At NIIFFE, every product is designed with care, intention, and the understanding that clothing is more than fabric — it’s personal. Our shipping and refund policies reflect the nature of the pieces we create: whether bespoke, off-the-rack, or rental, we approach each experience with integrity and transparency.

BESPOKE
Each bespoke piece is custom-crafted to your unique measurements and style vision. Because of the handcrafted, one-of-one nature of this work, our timelines and policies are designed to honour both your experience and the craftsmanship involved.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–6 weeks for production after final measurements and full payment. This allows time for careful construction, fitting consideration, and finishing.

At the time of order confirmation, you will receive a personal estimated delivery window.

Shipping

We ship within Canada and internationally via trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, Canada Post).

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Shipping times vary by location, but general estimates are:

USA & International: 7–14 business days

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, one complimentary alteration is offered within 7 days of receiving your garment if fit adjustments are needed. Shipping for alterations is the client’s responsibility.

If additional changes are required, further charges may apply, depending on the scope.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your bespoke order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this window, production will have begun and cancellations will not be possible.

Damages & Errors

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll assess the issue and make it right, either through repair, remake, or appropriate resolution.

Off-the-Rack
These are limited-edition NIIFFE pieces available in standard sizing, thoughtfully made, ready to ship, and still crafted with care.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days of item receipt and inspection.

We do not accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or worn.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.

RENTALS
Rentals offer short-term access to select NIIFFE pieces for special moments, events, or photoshoots.

BOOKING & DELIVERY

Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance of your desired rental date.

Rental period: 4 days (extensions available upon request and approval).

Garments will be shipped with a clear return date and return instructions.

Returns
-
Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date in their original condition.

Late returns will incur a $25/day late fee unless an extension is granted beforehand.

Significant stains, tears, or loss of the garment will result in a replacement fee equal to the retail value of the piece.

REFUNDS

Rental fees are non-refundable. However, if your event is postponed or canceled, we’re happy to reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
