Cancellation Policy

Terms & Policies Please take a moment to review the following policies before confirming your registration. Our goal is to create a respectful, welcoming space where everyone feels supported and considered. Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration: Full refunds are available up to 1 month before the class start date. 50% refunds are available up to 2 weeks before the class start date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before class or for no-shows. If something comes up, please email us as soon as possible. We’re happy to transfer your spot to a future class if space allows. No-Show Policy If you sign up and do not attend without notice, your spot cannot be transferred or refunded. These classes are intentionally small and every seat matters. If life happens, just let us know—we’re human too. Mobile Phone & Social Media Policy Phones are welcome—just please keep them on silent during class. We encourage you to take photos of your progress and your work (tag us @yourniiffe!), but please avoid taking calls or scrolling during instruction time so everyone can stay focused and present. Want to share your experience? We love that! Just be mindful and ask for permission before photographing or tagging other students. Privacy Policy Your information stays with us—period. We collect your personal details only to confirm your class spot and send important updates. We will never sell, share, or misuse your information. Any photos or videos taken during class will only be shared with your verbal or written consent.
