Service Description
If you've always dreamt of having your outfit specially made in an atelier fashion for your special occasion, you've come to the right place. From idea generation to the final product, your uniqueness reinforced by high quality finished product is our main priority. The price indicated below will serve as deposit to secure your appointment where we will establish details of the outfit to be made, it includes measurements, fabric selection and style discussions. This is a flat rate and non-refundable. For existing Niiffe Stunners who may not need a consultation, the 75% of this payment will be allocated towards your outfit, final invoice price will be determined by the details of bespoke garment to be made.
Cancellation Policy
▪️Registration & Payment: Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received or a payment plan is agreed in writing. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come basis. ▪️Cancellations & Refunds: Cancel more than 7 days before the start date for a full refund or one transfer to another class. Cancel within 7 days for a one-time transfer within 90 days (no refunds). Cancel within 48 hours or miss the class , no refund or transfer. ▪️Late Arrivals: Arrive 10–15 minutes early; classes start promptly. If more than 15 minutes late, you may be unable to join, and your booking will be forfeited. ▪️Transfers: You may send someone in your place by providing their details at least 24 hours in advance. ▪️Special Notes: For multi-day workshops, attending all sessions is strongly recommended. We may cancel or reschedule if minimum enrolment isn’t met or due to unforeseen events. In these cases, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer.
